License Agreement

This Agreement governs commercial use of any images or templates purchased from guijaboard.com under the terms of

the Full Commercial Use License. This Agreement applies to FULL COMMERCIAL use only. Full Commercial-Use Licensing

requires that a buyer agrees to the terms of this License Agreement.

Full Commercial-Use license allows usage of images on commercial or editorial basis for multiple projects across a

broad range of media over an unlimited period of time. Below are examples of commercial image uses allowed under

the terms of the Full Commercial-Use License Agreement:

• Touch screen user interface projects
• Advertising and promotional campaigns, presentations and brochures (Print material that uses screenshots of touch

  screen user interface projects.)

• Trade show displays, billboards and exhibits

Terms And Conditions Of Use

This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Licensee”) and one or more of the following entities: Mac

Burks and Guijaboard.com (collectively hereinafter referred to as “website”, “site” or “we”) and website’s member

whose digital image and touch screen templates you are purchasing (collectively hereinafter referred to as

“licensor(s)”, “copyright holder”, “owner” or “website’s member”). By downloading any digital images and touch

screen templates set to be used on the commercial basis from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of

this agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase images or templates from Guijaboard.com.

Grant Of License

Thank you for your purchase. You and your company have unlimited lifetime use of the guijaboard.com template or

Graphics kit, for your projects.
Redistribution, resale, sub-licensing or re-licensing of images and templates on their own is not permitted. In

other words you may not resell the template or Graphics kit as a template or Graphics kit. It must be sold as part

of your control system project. No images or templates may be shared or copied.
